Washer will not fill with water:
Have bought a new water inlet valve and that didn't fix problem. Then bought a new timer still no luck. Both parts were bought through your company.
The washer will go into the washing mode in normal wash, however will not fill with water.
Out of ideas!

I am sorry you invested in those parts (we are not part of the APP parts operation, in fact we are not part of APP at all) and since they did not fix your problem I think the part that you should have replaced is the water level switch. If you machine will agitate without water, the switch is telling the timer the machine is filled with water and it is ok to shut off the water valves and start filling.

See if APP will take back the parts you bought.
