hi
i have a viking gas range. the burners work fine and so does the bake feature. the problem is with the broil.
i turn the range to broil. a few seconds later i hear the gas valve turn on. the sparker activates and it continues 3 times to ignite. after no success the system shuts down.

i took the oven apart to diagnose. i confirmed gas valve is ok - Not only do i hear gas when it trys to ignite but i feel the gas as well. i took the broiler assembly apart and didnt find any clogs.

i reassembled and still no broil or self clean. i smell the gas and see the spark but no ignition. please help.
