oven takes 45 min to warm up to 300. oven temps are irregular. Can any one one help narrow down what the problem or replacement part i might need.

How long it takes to light up the Bake burner since the control starts the cycle? If the time is more than 70 seconds, the igniter most likely is the culprit.
