I have a Frigidaire model# GLMV168KQ3 manufactured in January of 2002. Please help me troubleshoot. By the way the button to push to turn the turntable on and off does beep like it is trying to work and the display shows like it is being turned on and off, just not rotating! Thanks

Check for 21VAC coming to the motor while the microwave is "on" and turntable option is "on" as well. Post the results. Gene.

Turns half a turn sometimes with the glass plate, turns very slowly without it. Would someone be so kind to provide me with a diagram and the required part numbers for this model? When I google part of the model number I find CFMT 148GPB1 which I assume must be the same unit. Date on the tag says Jan. 2000, don't know if that helps. It's an over the range microwave from the Frigidaire Professional line. Hope you can help, thanks.

I took out the turntable motor which seems to be defective, the model is ST-16FE(EX73SAAA3). I could not find this part on your site, do you sell it under a differnt part#? Thanks a lot for your help.
