Recently replaced the motor coupling on washer, which will be the second time in 4 years. The problem now is the drum agitates wildly when on spin cycle. I have looked for something being loose or sheared off, no luck. What could be the problem?

If the drum is resting properly on the support arms then I suggest you change out the suspension springs. They can get damaged and the damage is not visible.

This is an inexpensive repair and good maintenance even if this does not completely solve your problem.
