I have a 98 Kitchen Aid Superba side by side. I just bought the house and it was here. The ice maker is working, but very slow due to water flow. The water flow for the in-door water is non-existent. I have check the water lines (copper) and they are clear - water flow is fine and pressure is good all the way to inlet. I have pulled the fresh water and ice maker outlet lines and blew through them - no obstruction. I think the problem is the light blue device that the where the water comes in. By the way - there is not a filter on this device - i have check the diagrams.

next, the ice is melting as it looks as if the flap is not sealing. Is there a quick fix for that in the door opening where ice flows from the tray.

Thanks.
