Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/1/2008(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a Samsung Flex Duo. I cannot open the large door unless I open the small upper door and then push down on the latch. Any ideas? It doesn't matter if the oven is hot or cold.
