Hi guys, have a Samsung front loader washer model Wf330anb xaa which is 8 yr old machine. The machine stopped during the rinse cycle and started displaying ND code( no drain). So started another normal cycle from the beginning, this time the drum doesn’t rotate or fill with water , but can hear the motor sound and after 10 min it displays the same ND code. I did these troubleshooting steps. Manually drained , cleaned the filter of the debris and still same ND error. I went ahead and replaced the drain pump, still no luck . The machine won’t work( spin) even on spin only cycle. When working correctly, once we start a load in normal cycle, the washer drum rotates to redistribute the clothes for few min and then fills it with water, but now the initial drum rotation is not happening nor is it filling with water, just faint motor sound and after a few min ND code. Anyone wants to take a shot at this? I am not sure if it’s the drum, pressure switch or something else. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
