My Maytag dishwasher has stopped working. One LED is lit. It is to the left on the START/CANCEL button. The outline of the icon looks kind of like a padlock and it has the number 3 in it.If I push it, it blinks for several seconds and reverts back to being lit.

I found the technical manual behind bottom panel. I have tried doing the Field Service Test, but it never starts.

After trying several times, I have been able to run the Field Service Test.It goes through the test, then reverts back to the one LED being lit. No other LEDs light up after the test - they all come on during the test, except the HEAVY WASH LED with blinks during the test.

I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
