Still no heat after replacing ignitor - now what?

Dryer is functional except display shows heating-cooling indicators at same time. No heat is generated in any mode. I replaced the ignitor as a first step. No change. When I put the dryer is 'error mode' by pressing 'more' and 'less' heat simultaneously and then pressing the power button I see the following flashing display....IU:01 followed by 18:98....what does this mean? I can't find these error codes anywhere. After another push of the power button I see a reading of 255 which the internet tells me is the moisture sensor reading. I know this is correct because when I throw wet laundry in that reading drops down to around 125. If I make a THIRD press of the power button and I get a readout of 024 or 025....again, I don't know what these codes mean....can't seem to find anything on the internet. It's odd they talk about the moisture sensor but not what comes up before or after that reading....what am I missing here?
So, can someone tell if these are valid codes that will tell my why the ignitor is not getting power? Any idea why the ignitor is not firing or is there something else I need to be looking at here.
Thanks!! The pile of wet laundry is getting bigger :)
