I have an 8 year old Kenmore Front Load Washer, model number 79640272900, that suddenly has no power coming into it. In other words when I press the on/off switch nothing happens and all lights remain off. But if I unplug the washer from the wall for 30 seconds and plug it back in the washer functions fine. When the wash cycle completes the off/on switch works fine for several minutes but if the washer is not active for 4 or 5 minutes the off/on switch fails to work once again until I unplug and replug the cord from the wall outlet. Please let me know if you have any ideas regarding what might be happening and how to fix it. Thank you.
