This is a Neptune Drying Cabinet with two dryers, an upper cabinet and a lower drum. Both mostly work (I think some buttons don't select but I can't tell for sure since they don't change), but many of the LEDs on the membrane panel for both dryers are dimly lit (not normal brightness) and don't go off. Neither OFF button turns its dryer off, I have to hit Pause or open the door to get the dryer to stop, and on the tumble dryer 'PAUSE' scrolls until I use the dryer again.

if I unplug to reset power, the LEDs for the cabinet dryer go off, the tumble dryer display says 'PF' (power failure) and when I run it again, the dim LEDs come back.
