This is about a 15 year old combo machine. I has not had a hard life, we are only two. I searched for a service manual and only found this link, now dead http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/488_3.pdf
Not sure if it was actually made by Frigidaire USA for Sears Canada, the label does say made in USA.
The issue is when the washing agitator is oscillating the basket rotates with the agitator on the counter clockwise portion of the cycle with considerable force. It requires considerable force to restrain it. On the clockwise portion it is free. The effect is that the basket rotates counter clockwise in jerks with the agitator. Is this normal or of concern? I have not known any other washer to do this.
A service manual or any maintenance tips would be appreciated.
