My water dispenser and ice maker in my Kenmore refrigerator stopped working. There is water to the refrigerator.

I replaced the water filter and can hear and see water at the inlet to the filter. I replaced the water inlet valve, W10408179. When I engage the water dispenser lever, I hear the valve actuate.

I am not getting water from the dispenser in the door and I am not seeing the air bubbles in the tubing move.

The line in the door is not frozen. The tubing seems to be well seated in the inlet valve.

The filter and inlet valve are the manufacturer’s parts. The filter was replaced three to four weeks before the inlet valve was replaced today.

What am I missing? How do I trouble shoot this?
