One day I found water in my washer, I turned washer on to drain cycle and it seemed to drain normally, I did a load of laundry with no issues. A few days later I hear the washing machine running but it's not being used, it seems to be pumping water out or trying to pump water out and I have to unplug it to make it stop. Sometimes I see water pump out sometimes I don't. But now the washer won't turn on to do laundry, I just keep hearing this pumping and draining sound. Is it the pump, the water inlet or the control board that's the issue?

Hello, the reason the washer is running and draining while not in use is that of the non-sufficient maintenance. It could be the filters too.

If the issue is the filter you can read more information about your appliance maintenance here.

If you have any questions you can always contact us through the website and we will be more then happy to help you.

Took pump off, checked everything over, put it back together, plugged it in, let the pump cycle finish running, turned it on and it's fine now.
