To clean the inside (of the outer glass door part) wife and I took the glass off, after removing 4 screws on the bottom allowing the two metal side brackets to fall to the floor. We did this procedure leaving the oven door on the stove, being careful to not let the glass fall off. Time to reassemble left us pondering as to why the side brackets did not fit OVER the glass edges. Upon examination, I decided it was physically (and mechanically) impossible to do so for the screw holes to line up on the bottom. Does the glass fit OUTSIDE, or set on top of, the side brackets, 2 pics attached. She says no way! Thanks for bailing me out!:(
