I have Amana AOCS3040SS with an intermittent problem. From time to time, the oven will shutoff while cooking. This has happened while baking anywhere from 250-350 degrees and while broiling qt high temperature. Typically, it is very brief and you know it has happened because the display screen begins blinking. On some occasions, the display screen stayed blank (no power on oven) for up to a few minutes. The breaker has never tripped. I have reset Breaker on those occasions when it stayed off but that didn’t seemed to help. Ultimately, it comes back on and typically works fine after we reset the temperature and begin baking/broiling again. I have looked everything over and replaced the oven high limit thermostat. I am still having the problem from time to time.

I’m wondering if the fan is not coming on often enough and causing the oven High limit to kill Power to the unit. If that happens will the display go blank like what I’m seeing?

I’m considering replacing the vent on limit in case it is not calling for the fan as it should.

One last thought is the high limit I purchased was from ******** since parts stores online did not have it. It appeared to be unused though.

Any ideas?
