My GE Profile Oven Range has an electronic keyboard for the oven functions.
The only button that works is CLEAR OFF. But when I remove the burner dials and collars (which hold the control panel in place) and lift the control panel just a few inches and leaving the wiring collar plugged in to the control panel, then all the buttons work (and the oven heats just fine). But when I replace the control panel then the buttons quit working again.
What do you suppose the problem and solution are?
