Refrigerator is "Vissani HVDR1040B", after doing a search it appears Magic Chef is the owner of Vissani.

I cannot find very much online about troubleshooting this fridge. The fridge is about 2 years old.

Symptom: will not run.

observations:
1) light comes on
2) indicator lights (temperature setting) come on, blink, then repeat about every 2-3 seconds.
3) the fan in the freezer comes on (at the same time as the indicator lights blink) then shuts down.
4) no visual corrosion, wear. basically looks brand new.
5) Good voltage at plug

Questions:
A) is one possible problem the compressor relay and overload? -- need part numbers and source
B) How to tell if coolant is been lost
C) other suggestions?
