I have a Samsung refrigerator. 1.5 years old. Stopped cooling in both the fridge and freezer. Repair guy came and said it was the inverter compressor board and it was low on coolant. I realized that the compressor was still under an extended warranty, so called Samsung and had their repair guy came out. He said he couldn't repair it because the first guy had pierced the tubing in the wrong place to get the coolant pressure reading. First guy totally denies that he pierced it in the wrong place and says it's fixable. Whom should I believe?
