This side by side is freezing food in the refrigerator side. Thermostat set at 43 and the temp inside reads between 31 and 33. All vents are clear. I notice that the damper is constantly cycling every few seconds. It blows cold air when open and closes to block airflow. I suspect that the thermisitor may be faulty but am not sure how to access it to test it. I don't have a service manual. I believe that the termistor is located in the "6th Sense" module on the right side just inside the door but don't know how to remove it. Does it just pry off? Don't want to break anything!
