stand up freezer not freezing totally

A little background on the issue. Somehow the freezer door window getting propped open and it wasn't noticed for about 4 to 5 days and the entire freezer thawed out, everything was cold in the freezer I didn't take any chest and through most of the stuff out.

so I tried to so I tried to refreeze the freezer, and only the bottom two shelves are freezing anything. The top area of the freezer is cold but not enough to freeze anything.

What do I do now?
