Good Afternoon,

I recently purchased a used Hotpoint dishwasher and installed it in my kitchen. There is power connected and all of the plumbing hook ups are tight. It turns on and cycles but it doesnt seem to have enough water (there is a small amount of water in the basin of the washer but the dishes are not getting wet.) My thought is that it's the telescope sprayer arm. Ive read that if these units sat unused that some kind of seal may have dried out? Can someone possibly help me figure out what, if anything, I can replace? Thank you in advance for your help!
