Gene, is there any way to test this part? I have a good volt/ohm/ammeter.

Unfortunately I could not find the tech sheets for this model.

Check behind the bottom panel - it could be there. If you'll find it, just follow the instructions written there.

I did find a sheet there. I'll check it out and let you know what I find.
