Refrigerator is working but freezer does not freeze. The freezer and refrigerator temp feels same. Freezer temperature is around 48F.
Checked evaporator fan, condenser fan, cleaned the condenser no change. The defrost thermostat is new and compressor overload start relay is new. Compressor capacitor measure 12uF. The evaporator does not seem frozen, just the entrance pipe. No ice on evaporator. From time to time I will notice that both fans are off, and they will start again if power plug is removed then plugged back.
Looking at the drawing the most likely is the thermostat that will shut off both fans and compressor but not sure. Any help appreciated.
