Have had this ice maker for years and has worked flawlessly. I ran the cleaning cycle with the appropriate solution last week and followed the instructions to a tee. Turned the ice maker on and it made two sheets of ice and then a large chunk of ice formed on the evaporator plate and wouldn't release. I have since cleaned it again and it did the same thing. WHAT IS WRONG? This has never given me a problem. After cleaning it it will make a little ice and then freeze up. I've done it numerous times with no luck. Please help lol
