Went into garage yesterday dry lights where all blinking taught maybe power went off and on so unplugged then plugged in all the lights went off. now the dryer only runs about 10 seconds then shuts of and some off the light blink. I cleaned the vent line already. Does it sound like a circuit board? any way to check it?

It may be that the blower is not working properly. As a very easy test disconnect the vent line and start the dryer even if it only runs for 10 seconds . If it blow a good healthy stream of warm air you may have a problem with the controls. If it does not produce a good flow of warm air the blower is the area to look at as it may be clogged or the wheel is not turning.
