When I called GE they said it could be the door switch or the control panel but most likely door switch. I have the replacement door switch but I'm having so much difficulty removing the panel in order to access the switch. I've reviewed online YouTube videos but to no avail (the videos available are for simpler microwaves). Suggestions?
