Cooling fan runs fine until slowing down to a stop. Then seems to rattle to a stop.

The model number is incomplete so you will have to choose the correct unit in the Matching Model Numbers section.

If the fan blade and motor mounts are OK I would replace it.
Sounds like a bearing is going.

"Hi, I own a Kenmore 363.50222000. My husband broke the fan blade when cleaning the dust/dirt under the fridge causing a load noise. Can we replace the fan blade ourselves? Is it a simple DIY? Basically, my husband wants to know if he can replace the fan blade by itself or is it connected to the motor so that we have to replace the whole thing (motor & fan blade). Thank you.

Adding to another person's post when ypu havea different model and problem will just confuse things.
