I have a GE Profile PDS18SBMALBS bottom-freezer refridge. The refridge part was running too cold and freezing liquids. I turned the two settings all the way down to the lowest setting and it seems to be operating OK. To check it I just reset the settings both to 5 and placed some water in a glass in the refridge. It seems to be running too cold.

Sounds like a problem with the damper. May be the main circuit board. What's the temperature in the freezer section?

Not sure what temp in freezer is. However, it seems that regardless of what the settings are it will freeze water in the refridge on the top shelf. In other words, it seems to be running too cold all the time regardless of settings.

thanks, Tom T
