We got an E41code on our Aftb6000. We checked the J2plug on the control board, the black wire to the ground and got 0 volts so that means the control board should be good. Then we checked PTC on door switch and got various ohms but not 1500. We think the door switch is bad but we already replaced it a few years ago. The machine won't go in diagnostic mode and last time we had this problem we thought it did. So wondering why it won't go in diagnostic mode now? Does the door switch problem keep it from going in diagnostic mode? We also had a problem in the past where the tacho was not communicating with the board that we fixed and it went in diagnostic mode then so maybe confusing the 2 times. Seems like we fix this machine a lot.
