Compressor will not cycle. I have replaced the thermister and control panel.
What else could it be. Fan motor runs. Frost builds up on the low side line on the compressor due to not shutting off. Interior freezes fine. 134A fluid is fine.

Check for heavy frost on the evaporator coils.

Is there anything else on the freezer that could control when the freezer compressor shuts off besides the controller or thermister???
