I have inherited a Jenn Air side by side refrigerator, model# JSD2695KES from my parents who opted for the replacement route rather than to fix the current issue. The refrigerator and freezer will not cool at all. When the unit is plugged in, I can hear the fans inside the freezer and refrigerator kick on, but the air coming out of the vents is room temperature. The unit had been sitting unplugged in a garage for a few days before I was able to get the refrigerator delivered to my house. I have the rear panel open, but I honestly don't know what I should troubleshoot first. I'm hoping someone might be able to point me towards the right direction to try and diagnose the problem(s).
