Amana front load washer stuck at final spin cycle

I have an Amana Frontload washer model number NFW7200TW, it seems to be stuck at the final drain/spin cycle. Firstly I have already replaced the water pump which is working during the wash cycle as I witness water is being pumped out forcefully.
However, it stops at the end with the LED indication [nd] which means not draining per manual. Then I remove the drain hose to the pump and have excess water comes out from it. If I put it on Rinse&Spin cycle, it would stop after the rinse cycle indicating[9]; I assume 9 mins left and stays there forever. If I put it on the Spin Only cycle, it will finish the spin-cycle with strong spin action and the clothes dried reasonably. Could it be the Control board or some sensor malfunctioning???
Please, please help me, as I hate to give up after replacing the old pump of which one of the propeller blade was broken, so I thought that was the cause.
