I have a Kenmore refrigerator model number - 25363012300 that is having an issue with the freezer. Meats are frozen but the ice cream melts. The ice cubes are frozen but still clear, they don't seem as frozen as before. Also, the fridge is running more than before. I cleaned the coil and fan and it does seem a little colder but ice cream and frozen pizzas are still soft. I am thinking the thermostat needs to be replaced but cannot find the part here. Does anyone know what the part number is or have another suggestion on what the problem could be. Thanks in advance for your help.

Pull the freezer back panel and describe the frost pattern, total, heavy frost, or partial.

I apologize for not replying sooner. When I look in the freezer I see one cover that doesn't have any frost on it. Behind that I don't see any frost. I placed a fridge thermometer in the freezer and the temp fluctuates between 20 and 30 degrees.
