Hello, I have cleaned/vacuumed the coils including using compressed air on the coils this helped to lower the low temps, but it did not help to maintain the temps. Freezer goes from -3 to 9 and 10 degrees and ice melts. Fridge ranges from 35-51 degrees. Any thoughts on what might be the cause?

Ordered, received and installed mother board. Huge difference, refrigerator performs like new now!
One additional item needing to be fixed is the ice-maker. It is not sensing when water/ice is in the tray properly and will fill up even when ice cubes are still in the tray thus causing ice tray to overflow and water to freeze in the back part of ice box. What would you recommend checking?
