Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/7/2011(UTC) Posts: 12		Hello- Is there a way to test a water inlet valve? My water dispenser is not working but ice maker does. -door line not frozen I replaced thsi inlet valve a year ago but don't remember how I came to the conclusion that it was bad.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/16/2014(UTC) Posts: 55		you can verify that you are getting 120V to the valve/solenoid. if so you can also, ohm out the valve. if you are getting 120V and the the valve ohms open you can bet it is bad.
