Actually A Roper Brand But Believe It The Same. Serial # Cg1321031, How Do You Take Agitator Apart? Do I Need The Item #11 (kit) In The Parts Drawing , Or Somthing Else? Item #3, In Drawing, Spins Free When Unit Is Off Or On, Maybe The Dogs Are Worn Out?

Sounds like you need an agitator kit, this part here

Part number: AP3138838
Part number: AP3138838


Take off the top caps on your agitator and you will see either a square hold or a bolt. If it is a bolt, unscrew it, and if it is the square hole, insert a device that will enable you to unscrew it.
The top of the agitator will come off and you can replace the dogs. Click on your model number if you need to see the diagram and part.
