Turn on the cleaning and get fault code (won't lock). How do I get to locking mechanism to check and possibly clean?

That lock assembly is accessed by removing the rear access panel from the back of the range. It uses a long metal rod to connect to the actual locking mechanism in the front. You can test the voltage to the motor to see if it is getting the signal from the control to lock. If no voltage, the oven control is faulty. If you have voltage, the lock motor is faulty. The lock motor assembly has a much higher rate of failure and I suspect it is your culprit. The correct lock for your model is available below.
