Were you able to test that transformer for any DC voltage output? That transformer is the only other part in question.

Well after about 4-5 weeks without an oven and trying to fix my stove myself. A thermal fuse and 2 boards later it turned out to be the transformer. I learned a few things. Go slow an easy. Take many pictures of your appliance before taking it all about. With cell phones today there is no excuse. I do work with my hands but you need to have some common skills of working with screws plugs, sheet metal. Can all be a bit tricky. I now know my stove very well. It wasn't at all easy to get to the transformer. Was able to do a good cleaning as well. I was patient and the good news is out of all the parts. It was the cheapest. Sending the other 2 boards back. basically you have to take a good part of the top of the stove apart to get to the transformer. I was able to do it and do it well by getting the top almost all the way off and work underneath with small tools. Was so happy when I saw the touch screen go on and the oven door stay unlocked. WOW !! Thanks and props out to Appliance Ninja. I will be back for future advice on other appliances. So that's what it was. Somehow the transformer fried before any of the boards. I will never use the self cleaning option again.

Thanks
