the oven temperature is not true - it bakes hotter on the top side and is undercooked on the bottom side

Set the oven for Bake at 350°F and put an oven thermometer in the middle of the oven. Wait about 10 minutes after the oven preheated, open the oven door and read the temperature. Post the results.

Make sure you used a right baking sheet at the right position as described in the "Use & Care manual".
