After about and hour of baking dinner in the oven, the temperature started rising on its own. the door locked and I could not turn off the oven. I turned the circuit breaker off and let it sit almost an hour. when I turned the breaker back on the door unlocked and I was able to remove my food. With the door open, about a half hour later, the oven turned on by itself and went to full temperature. I could not turn it off from the control panel so I turned the breaker off again. Any ideas what needs to be replaced.
