The diffuser is not opening without sticking a screw driver in. I took the cover off and attempted to wiggle it off the wall, but it is not coming. Not wanting to cause more damage, i am here asking:
How do i remove the diffuser? Or should i pay to have a pro remove/install the replacement?
Much thanks!
Mark

Hi Mark, As you can see on the following picture (on the bottom) there are four extended tabs which are going through the wall and are locked from the freezer part. You have to remove the freezer air ducts in order to access it, which is not too difficult. - The air diffuser Part number: AP3084126
