Im not getting water to the ice maker but I am getting water at the water dispenser in the door. I took the leads off the dual solenoid to the water dispenser and swapped them with the one going to the ice maker. I can get water flow to the ice maker then when I push the water despenser. So it would seem the solenoid opens this way. So why isnt it filling with water if the solenoid opens. It seems whatever tells the solenoid to the icemaker to open isnt talking to it.....any ideas?

If you pull the ice ejector a little the icemaker will continue to cycle. If when you do that the water will run in the first thing to check is the feeler arm (the metal arm that turns the icemaker off when the ice bin fills). Make sure the arm will go completely down and if not the spring (#2 on your icemaker parts breakdown). If the icemaker cycles but don’t run water one of the switches in the icemaker may be bad or you may have a loose connection. If the icemaker fails to cycle the gears on the front of the icemaker may be broken. Hope this helps. Refrigerator repair guide
