Ihave a kitchenaid refrigerator that the control panel inside the door started flashing and the unit is beeping. I killed power to the unit but it continues to not operate. Any help would be apperciated

Upon further investigation, I found that both the condenser and evaporator fans are not working. I checked voltage to the fans and there is no voltage.I believe that the relay is not working but I am not sure where it is....
