Rinse cycle and Cold/Cold will not work. I have checked the hose for blockage and tried to clean out the inlet that the hoses attaches to. It works fine on the other temperature settings and spins when I put it on spin cycle. I'm not sure what the next step of action is or how to go about getting to the next step. I know little about washers.
