I am having low temperature problems in the upper oven of a Thermador SC302ZS. No error codes. I would like a service manual for this oven or if that is not available a way to check the temperature sensor. I already know that there is no voltage to the heating element when the oven is under temperature. Thanks...Mike

Hi Mike, You can check the oven sensor by measuring it's resistance. The normal reading is about 1080 Ohms at the room temperature. - The oven sensor kit Part number: 414152

Gene, Thanks for the information on the temperature sensor. I would still like to get a service manual for this oven if that is possible. Thanks...Mike

Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, I'm not able to do it.

Gene, Ok, so no service manual. The resistance of the temperature sensor is as you posted and it matches the one in the lower oven. Is there anything else I can check? The upper oven now does not get above 175 and there seems to be a lot more relay clicking during the preheat cycle than in the lower oven. Thanks...Mike

Hi Mike, Did the bake heating element get red? If it did, then the problem is a bad relay board. Thermador does not sell it separate anymore. It comes as a part of the oven display kit. - The oven display kit (double oven) Part number: 702451
