Hi Marite, If there is no continuity, replace the igniter. Quote:...the connection plug is burned up... If this plug is a part of the oven harness, cut it off and connect the new igniter using a porcelain wire nuts which are coming with the new igniter. If this plug is a part of the igniter harness, then use the plug which comes with the new igniter. Before you'll do it, check for 120 VAC to the igniter wile the oven thermostat calls for Bake and then do the same for Broil. If any of the readings is incorrect, replace the oven thermostat too. - The oven igniter Part number: 12400035
