I have a Kitchenaid refridgerator model ksrk25ilss01.

Problem: Refridge side is too cold.

Description: The freezer temp control lever is in the center and the freezer is at -8 F. The refridge temp control lever is at the warmest setting and the temp is still 31 F. (too cold), The compressor does go on and off. Air through the diffuser seems to go on and off.

Do I need a new thermostat or diffuser or both or what?? Thanks for any help you can give

Hi.

First adjust the freezer temperature to 0 F. Check for 12 hrs if that make a difference.

Post the results.

Simon.
