I'm having a problem with water collecting under the crispers. I've done some searching and I'm sure it's just a drain that is either clogged or frozen. I just don't know how to access it and if there is more than one location. Is it in the freezer or fridge? Inside or around back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My father-in-law stopped by while I had the fridge pulled out and we unclogged the drain tube. Just in case anyone else has the same problem, it was in the back. Take off the back covers. You will see a white drain tube. Pull it out and clear the clog. Make sure it is over the drain pan when replacing it. I'm not sure how to handle it if it is frozen, because that didn't seem to be my problem....
